India Sets Record with 7 Schools Shortlisted for World’s Best School Prizes 2026

Indian schools have achieved the milestone as total 7 Indian schools secured places in Top 10 for the World’s Best School Prizes 2026. It is the highest number of schools shortlisted by any other country in just single year after the prestigious awards commenced. T4 Education has announced the shortlisted schools for the World’s Best School Prizes 2026, and for this year, India has secured seven places among the finalists across the five different award categories.

This is the highest representation by any other country in the four-year history of these awards, and it surpassed all the previous records.

This award was established during the COVID-19 pandemic and celebrates the schools making a meaningful impact in classrooms and communities.

The winners will be selected by the independent Judging Academy, with the top three finalists and category winners scheduled to be announced in November, 2026.
