Reliance Jio To Offer free Wi-Fi at 6 stadiums For T20 World Cup



Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani is an Indian business magnate lead Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited has announced to offer free Wi-Fi services across 6 stadiums in the country ahead of the T-20 World cup.

Spectators of cricket matches in Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi, Eden Gardens in Kolkata, Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali and HPCA stadium in Dharamshala will enjoy free Wi-Fi during T-20 world cup


The network is supported by 100 Gbps backhaul to ensure 15 Mbps speed for about 40,000 spectators during the matches. It is to be noted that Jio free internet is already provided in certain airports and tourist spots JioNet was made operational at Wankhede stadium during the India-South Africa one-day series in April 2015
