Stuart Blackburn’s book based on Arunachal wins MM Bennetts Award

Famous Author Stuart Blackburn’s “Into the Hidden Valley”, a book based on Apatani tribe of Arunachal Pradesh, won the MM Bennetts Award for Historical Fiction 2016 in the UK. 

He is the author of 16 books on Indian culture. The book, published by Speaking Tiger, looks into a little-known episode in the colonial history of British India. Blackburn vividly brings alive the world of the Apatanis.
