BRICS Summit 2026: Full List of Leaders and Dignitaries in Delhi
India’s New Delhi is all set to host the BRICS Summit 2026 on September 12 and 13, as leaders from a number of nations including presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers and other officials will be in attendance. The event will include Vladimir Putin, President of Russia; Xi Jinping, President of China; Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Iran; Antonio Guterres, UN Secretary-General and other distinguished guests. Considering the high-profile presence at the summit, the security and hospitality plans have been reinforced in Delhi.
The summit will witness participation from senior officials of the BRICS countries as well as guest member states and international organizations.
Some of the leaders who are expected to grace the occasion in India’s New Delhi include Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, Masoud Pezeshkian, Cyril Ramaphosa, Prabowo Subianto, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, Anwar Ibrahim, Abiy Ahmed Ali and Le Minh Hung.
On behalf of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, will be participating in the summit.
Antonio Guterres, UN Secretary-General; Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General; Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, WTO Director-General and Dilma Rousseff, New Development Bank President are some of the other international dignitaries to be present at the summit.

The upcoming two-day summit will see discussions on the collective resilience of the group in areas such as food, energy, health, disaster management, and supply chains.
The summit is taking place during times when there are many political and economic challenges in the form of Russian-Ukrainian conflict, West Asia situation, Strait of Hormuz disturbances, and changes in global trade policies and tariffs.
India hopes to use the summit to help BRICS address the current fragmented global scenario.
