The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, CSIR’s Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh has developed an Electrostatic Disinfection Machine. This newly developed innovative technology is effective in the disinfection and sanitization in order to fight with COVID-19 pandemic.
The Electrostatic Disinfection Machine works on the electrostatic principle and makes uniform and fine spray droplets of disinfectants to kill microorganisms and viruses. Hence, the machine has been found very effective in reducing the spread of coronavirus and pathogens. This technology has been transferred to the Rite Water Solutions Private Limited, Nagpur by the CSIR-CSIO for ita commercialization and large-scale production.
