Election Commission to Launch Unified ECINET App Integrating 40+ Existing Applications
In a landmark step to modernize electoral services and streamline digital operations, the Election Commission of India (ECI) is set to launch ECINET, a unified digital platform for all electoral stakeholders. This single-point platform aims to integrate over 40 existing web and mobile applications into one consolidated interface, enhancing user experience and data accuracy for citizens, officials, and political parties alike.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced on May 4, 2025, that it is in the advanced stages of launching ECINET, an integrated digital electoral platform. Envisioned by Chief Election Commissioner Shri Gyanesh Kumar, ECINET will significantly enhance UI/UX and improve service delivery for nearly 100 crore electors and the entire electoral machinery, replacing 40+ fragmented applications with a unified system.
