GATE 2023 Admit Card to be Released Soon

GATE 2023 Admit Card: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur postponed the GATE 2023 Admit Card release date. GATE 2023 Admit Card will be released on 9th January 2023. The exam will be held from 4th February 2023 and the candidates can check the admit card on the official website @gate.iitk.ac.in.

The GATE 2023 Admit Card was scheduled to be released on 3rd January 2023; however, the official notice says that due to operational reasons GATE 2023 Admit Card download is delayed and now it will be released on 9th January 2023.

GATE Admit Card 2023

The GATE Exam 2023 will be conducted on the 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th of February 2023. The exam will be held for 29 papers and candidates are only allowed to appear for 1 or up to 2 papers. The GATE Exam will be conducted online through a computer-based test. The duration of the exam will be three hours.

GATE 2023 Exam Pattern

The GATE 2023 Question paper will have 65 questions. The paper will be divided into two sections including General Aptitude and Core discipline. The General Aptitude section consists of 15 percent marks. The remaining 85 percent marks are for the question from core Discipline.

For every wrong answer in an MCQ, there will be a negative marking. For 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 marks for a wrong answer. For 2-mark MCQ, there will be a deduction of 2/3 mark for a wrong answer. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers to MSQ or NAT questions.

Step 1: Visit the official website of GATE, gate.iitk.ac.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the login tab

Step 3: You’ll be directed to a new page.

Step 4: Candidates have to fill in GATE 2023 credentials and other required documents.

Step 5: Submit and GATE Admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Save and Download the GATE 2023 Admit Card for future reference.
