Google has topped the list as India’s most attractive employer brand in the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026, which indictaes the shift in the perception of the Indian workforce regarding the importance of organizational culture, career development, and flexibility. The global study has ranked Tata Group and Amazon at the second and third spots respectively in India as the most preferred employers.

The results provide information on factors that make companies popular among job-seekers and talented individuals.

Rankings of Top Employer Brands in India – REBR 2026

According to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026, Google is ranked as the most attractive employer brand in the country. This ranking was based on the views and preferences of employees and job seekers concerning several factors like salary and benefits, career growth and work-life balance, and reputation and workplace.

The second rank was bagged by Tata Group owing to its reputable position as one of the largest conglomerates in India. The third rank belongs to Amazon, known for its expertise in technology, e-commerce, and other digital products.

Almost Half of Indian Workforce Will Change Jobs

REBR 2026 has found a lot of mobility in Indian employment market. More than 1.75 lakh respondents in 34 countries all over the world have answered, including 3,500 people from India.

According to the results, almost 46% of Indian employees will switch to other jobs in the next six months. Besides, 32% of people said that they switched companies in the last six months.

These figures show how rapidly employee expectations are changing now, and how employees are searching for new opportunities, better work experience and career.

In accordance with the report, current trend in the workplace is the “Balanced Employer”. Such companies should offer a combination of meaningful work, career growth, inclusiveness, flexibility, employee well-being and rewards.
