Harshavardhan Chitale Named Hero MotoCorp CEO from Jan 2026

Hero MotoCorp, India’s top two-wheeler manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Harshavardhan Chitale as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 5 January 2026. This announcement comes after the resignation of Niranjan Gupta as CEO in April 2025. Since then, Vikram Kasbekar, also the company’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), has been serving as Acting CEO.
