India Finishes Fourth at Commonwealth Games 2026 with 39 Medals
India completes excellent tournament of Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland, with a strong total of 39 medals, including 13 gold medals, 17 silver medals and 9 bronze medals, bringing India to a total of place fourth in the overall medal tally. Despite being a less extensive Games with several sport formats not included, India managed to achieve better results in the sports where it participated in comparison to the Games held in 2022, which indicates an overall growth and development of Indian sports.
