Doraiswami launched the book titled India’s Moment: Changing Power Equations around the World, by Professor (Dr.) Mohan Kumar, Dean, Strategic & International Initiatives, O.P. Jindal Global University last week. This book dwells on some of those fundamental factors and traces how India’s positions in international negotiations have evolved over time.
