Infosys Appoints Nitin Paranjpe as Non-Executive Vice Chairman Details

The Infosys has appointed the Nitin Paranjpe as the its Non-Executive Vice Chairman with the immediate effect. This decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors. It will reflects Infosys focus on to strengthening the its governance and strategic leadership at the crucial time in the IT circuit Paranjpe who currently serves as the non-executive chairman of the Hindustan Unilever Limited will brings the decades of experience in corporate leadership.

Leadership Continuity and Strategic Support

The Infosys clarified that Nandan Nilekani will continue as the Chairman of the Board with no immediate plans for the transition.

In his new role the Paranjpe will work closely with the chairman to guide the company’s strategic direction and the board-level decisions.
