Kaamya Karthikeyan becomes youngest girl to climb Mt Aconcagua

Kaamya Karthikeyan has become the youngest girl in the world to summit Mt Aconcagua. Mt Aconcagua is the highest peak in South America and outside of Asia. Kaamya Karthikeyan is a class VII student and summited Argentinian mountain which is 6962 meters tall.

Kaamya Karthikeyan summited the Mt Aconcagua peak on February 1, 2020 and unfurled the tricolour on the mountain peak. She has also scaled the highest peaks in Africa, Europe, and Australia in the past, which includes two peaks with heights of over 6000 meters above the sea level.
