Adm R Hari Kumar, Chief of the Naval Staff, led by the virtual congregation, engaging with leaders from Bangladesh, Comoros, Kenya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and Tanzania.
