  3. Code on Wages 2019: Prohibits gender-based discrimination in wages or recruitment for similar work.
  4. Training Initiatives: Government provides training through Women’s Industrial Training Institutes, National Vocational Training Institutes, and Regional Vocational Training Institutes to enhance female workers’ employability.
