NIRDC Introduces InDApp to Simplify Approvals and Expand Opportunities for MSMEs

The National Industries Research and Development Council (NIRDC) has launched InDApp, a new digital platform designed to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India grow faster and access business opportunities more easily. The platform was officially unveiled by B. L. Verma, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment and Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution.

What is InApp?

InDApp is a unified, single-window digital platform created to simplify doing business for Indian MSMEs. It brings together government approvals, real-time market data, and nationwide business opportunities in one place. The app is built to help entrepreneurs make informed decisions and speed up business processes.

How InDApp Helps MSMEs?

The platform is designed to support businesses of all sizes and across all sectors. Key features include:

  • Easy access to government approvals and schemes
  • Real-time information on market trends and industrial opportunities
  • Guidance on financial support, export promotion, and technology upgrades
  • Tools to connect with peers, collaborators, and potential partners

By combining digital tools with physical outreach, InDApp makes it easier for entrepreneurs to manage every stage of their business journey.

Government Support and Multi-Ministerial Collaboration

InDApp has been developed with the support of seven Union Ministries, including:

  • Ministry of Food Processing
  • Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying
