Amrit Bharat Station Scheme

  • Scope: Redevelopment of 553 railway stations across 27 states and union territories.
  • Investment: Estimated cost exceeding Rs 19,000 crore.
  • Features: Stations to serve as city centers with modern amenities like roof plazas, landscaping, intermodal connectivity, and improved façade.
  • Accessibility: Designed to be environment-friendly and accessible to differently-abled individuals.
  • Cultural Integration: Station buildings to draw inspiration from local culture, heritage, and architecture.

Gomti Nagar Station Redevelopment

  • Location: Uttar Pradesh.
  • Investment: Total cost around Rs 385 crore.
  • Features: Segregated arrival and departure facilities, centrally air-conditioned, modern amenities including air concourse, food courts, and ample parking space.

Road Over Bridges and Underpasses

  • Scope: Inauguration of 1500 structures across 24 states and union territories.
  • Purpose: Reduce congestion, enhance safety, and improve connectivity.
