- She elaborated on the vast scope for processing and value addition of agricultural produce, considering India’s status as the largest producer of agri-produce.

- Spanning two days, the event comprised four knowledge sessions, two pitching sessions, and an exhibition.
- The knowledge sessions were held in collaboration with various organizations, while the pitching sessions were conducted in partnership with industry giants.
- A total of 35 exhibitors from across India participated in the event.
