Tamil Nadu Olympic City to Be Established in Chennai
The government of Tamil Nadu has unveiled its plan to build an internationally recognized Tamil Nadu Olympic City in the state capital city of Chennai. The Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority will develop the facility which will become a major integrated complex for sports and training. The new project will bring together cutting-edge sporting facilities and specialized centers to help improve the performance of athletes. World-class sports arenas, modern sports equipment, a high-performance training center, as well as sports science and medicine centers are among the features of the project.
