Union Cabinet Approves BHAVYA Scheme 2026 For The Industrial Push
The Union Cabinet has approved the BHAVYA (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna )Scheme to develop 100 plug and play industrial parks across India. This scheme will be implemented with budget with 33,600 Indian rupee crore. This scheme was Announced on the March 18 2026. This scheme aims to the strengthen industrial infrastructure and boost manufacturing growth. The central government plans to provide ready to use facilities for industries and it will be reducing setup time and investment hurdles.
The BHAVYA Scheme focused on the building industrial parks ranging from 100 to 1,000 acres.
This park space will be offering the financial assistance of up to Rs. 1 crore per acre.
These parks will include the essential infrastructure like roads, drainage systems, underground utilities and digital connectivity.
This aim is to create ready to use industrial spaces that reduce delays and simplify business operations.
Also The parks will also include ready built factory sheds, testing labs and warehousing units.
The scheme will also provide the support for the external infrastructure up to 25% of the project cost and with this it will improving connectivity.
The concept of plug-and-play industrial parks are central to the BHAVYA Scheme.
These parks will offer the pre-approved land and ready infrastructure and it will be allowing businesses to begin operations immediately.
This will reduces the time and the cost required for setting up industries and it making India more attractive to investors.

The scheme will be implemented with the collaboration with state governments and private sector players.
