Veteran Spinner Dilip Doshi Dies Aged 77 in London

Dilip Doshi, one of India’s most skillful left-arm spinners and a prominent cricketing figure from the early 1980s, passed away on June 23, 2025, in London at the age of 77, reportedly due to heart-related complications. Known for his classical bowling action and intellectual approach to spin bowling, Doshi represented India in 33 Tests and 15 ODIs, and made a lasting impact despite debuting internationally at the relatively late age of 32.
