The day is being celebrated to draw global attention to the tobacco epidemic including the preventable death and disease it causes. The World No Tobacco Day 2020 provides a counter-marketing campaign and also empower young people to engage in the fight against Big Tobacco by dismissing its lies and rejecting the use of tobacco products.
