15th India-Japan Annual Summit Joint Statement

At a time of rising global uncertainty, India and Japan reaffirmed their deep-rooted friendship and unveiled a bold vision for a secure, innovative, and prosperous future. During Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official visit to Japan (August 29–30, 2025) for the 15th Annual India-Japan Summit, both nations strengthened their Special Strategic and Global Partnership with a sweeping array of agreements in defense, trade, technology, and people-to-people cooperation.
