45th GITEX Global Opens in Dubai with 6,800+ Exhibitors

The 45th edition of GITEX Global, the world’s largest technology and artificial intelligence showcase, officially opened in Dubai today. Spanning five days from October 13 to 17, the event is being held across the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour, bringing together over 6,800 exhibitors and 2,000 startups from more than 180 countries. With a sharp focus on artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable technologies, GITEX 2025 cements the UAE’s status as a leading global hub for digital transformation.

With 70% of attendees being C-level executives, policymakers, and innovators, GITEX is not just a tech expo but a strategic platform for global collaboration on issues like,

  • The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) leads a 100-company delegation.
  • Kerala IT Parks represent 30 firms; Telecom Equipment Export Promotion Council (TEPC) brings 16; NASSCOM includes 15 software and services companies.
  • An additional 76 Indian firms are exhibiting independently.

This strong participation reflects India’s expanding technology export landscape and its deepening digital partnership with the UAE.
