In a move aimed at strengthening women’s economic empowerment, the Government of Haryana has modified the disbursement structure of the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY). Starting December 2025, financial assistance under the scheme will be released on a quarterly basis, with beneficiaries receiving a lump sum of ₹6,300 every three months instead of ₹2,100 monthly. This update was announced by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, who confirmed the change while releasing the scheme’s second instalment. The decision reflects an effort to streamline welfare distribution while preserving the core objective of boosting social security and financial stability for women in the state.
