As Chhattisgarh embarks on a new chapter of governance and development in 2024, the composition of its cabinet ministers reflects the state’s commitment to inclusive growth, social welfare, and sustainable progress. Led by Chief Minister (CM) Vishno Deo Sai, the cabinet ministers of Chhattisgarh bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and dedication to their respective portfolios, poised to address the diverse needs and aspirations of the state’s populace.
Vishnu Deo Sai, the former union minister of steel, labour, and employment, along with Deputy CMs Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma, were sworn in as Chhattisgarh’s Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers, respectively. Nine new MLAs also joined the Chhattisgarh cabinet, including Brijmohan Agrawal, Ramvichar Netam, Kedar Kashyap, Dayaldas Baghel, OP Choudhary, Tank Ram Verma, Laxmi Rajwade, Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, and Lakhanlal Dewangan. The portfolios of the ministers are yet to be announced after the ceremony at Raj Bhavan in Raipur, administered by Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan on December 22.
