Spanish tennis star Carlos Alcaraz lifted his first-ever Cincinnati Open title after rival Jannik Sinner was forced to retire just 23 minutes into the final. The victory gave Alcaraz his sixth title of 2025, his 22nd career tour-level trophy, and his eighth ATP Masters 1000 crown—the most among active players apart from Novak Djokovic.
