Ghatasthapana of Chaitra Navratri 2024

Ghatasthapana marks the commencement of Navratri and is considered one of the main ceremonies. Ghatasthapana Muhurat for 2024 is from 6:02 am to 10:16 am, with Ghatasthapana Abhijit Muhurat from 11:57 am to 12:48 pm.

Durga Ashtami of Chaitra Navratri 2024

Durga Ashtami, falling on April 16, sees the adoration of all nine incarnations of Goddess Durga. Nine little pots are traditionally placed, symbolizing the invocation of the nine Durga Shaktis. Ashtami Tithi begins at 12:11 pm on April 15 and ends at 1:23 pm on April 16.

Ram Navami of Chaitra Navratri 2024

Ram Navami, celebrated on April 17, holds great importance to devotees as it commemorates the birth of Lord Rama. Temples honor this occasion with special ceremonies, symbolizing the birth of Lord Rama during the middle of Madhyahan. Ram Navami begins at 1:23 pm on April 16 and concludes at 3:14 pm on April 17.
