CM Rio Opens New Amenities at Kisama for Hornbill Fest
Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio inaugurated several new facilities at the Naga Heritage Village, Kisama, ahead of the 25th Hornbill Festival. These enhancements aim to enrich the festival experience, preserve Naga culture, and facilitate year-round use by local communities and international visitors. The event also highlighted the inclusion of the USA as a new partner country for the festival.
