Gautam Buddh Nagar is the district in Uttar Pradesh with the highest literacy rate among men. This district is considered one of the most modern in Uttar Pradesh and is part of the Delhi-NCR region. Gautam Buddh Nagar, also known as the Electronic City, was established on September 6, 1957. It is a significant area for employment, attracting thousands of people daily for work.
As per the 2011 Census, 88.1% of men in Gautam Buddh Nagar are educated, making it the district with the highest literacy rate for men in Uttar Pradesh.
The literacy rate for women in Gautam Buddh Nagar is 77.17%, making it one of the districts with the most educated women. The district with the highest literacy rate for women is Kanpur.
