DRDO Conducts Three Back-to-Back VSHORADS Trials
The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) successfully carried out three successive flight trials of the Very Short-Range Air Defence System (VSHORADS) on February 1, 2025, from the Chandipur test range off the Odisha coast. These tests were conducted against high-speed aerial targets flying at low altitudes, reinforcing India’s air defence capabilities.
