e-Jagriti Wins Silver Award at National Awards for e-Governance 2026
India’s consumer grievance redressal system has achieved the milestone with the e-Jagriti platform received the Silver Award at the National Awards for e-Governance (NAeG) 2026. It is developed by the Department of Consumer Affairs and this AI-powered platform has transformed the consumer justice delivery by creating the unified, paperless, and technology-driven ecosystem.
The Department of Consumer Affairs has honored with the Silver Award under the category “Government Process Re-engineering by Use of Technology for Digital Transformation” at the National Awards for e-Governance 2026.
The achievement is significant as this platform has emerged successful after rigorous evaluation process which involves the 341 nominations from Central Ministries, Department and State Governments.
The award recognizes the e-Jagriti’s contribution to modernizing the consumer dispute resolution via the digital innovation and citizen-centric service delivery.
e-Jagriti is an AI-enabled unified digital platform that was launched on 1st January 2025 to streamline the consumer grievance redressal across India.
