Eminent Scholar Daji Panshikar Passes Away at 92
Renowned scholar, author, and literary commentator Daji Panshikar, also known as Narahari Vishnu Shastri, passed away at the age of 92 in Thane, Maharashtra, following a brief illness. An authority on Indian epics such as the Mahabharata, Eknaathi Bhagwat, and Bhavarth Ramayan, Panshikar played a pivotal role in enriching Marathi literature and cultural discourse. He was also a guiding light in Maharashtra’s theatre community through his association with Natyasampada Natya Sanstha.
