PM SVANidhi Scheme
The PM SVANidhi (Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi) Scheme is a flagship initiative of the Government of India, launched in June 2020. It provides collateral-free loans to street vendors, hawkers, and small shopkeepers to help them grow their businesses.
The scheme was introduced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) to support vendors affected by the pandemic and to promote digital transactions.
The scheme also provides cashback rewards for making digital payments via UPI and QR codes.

The PM SVANidhi (Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi) is a government loan scheme launched in June 2020 to provide collateral-free working capital loans to street vendors, hawkers, and small shopkeepers.
