HUL teams up with UNICEF to support India to combat COVID-19

Hindustan Unilever has partnered with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to support India to combat COVID-19. The partnership aims to initiate a mass communication campaign with an objective of informing and empowering the general public against the COVID-19 pandemic.

About the HUL & UNICEF partnership:

The mass communication campaign titled ‘#BreakTheChain‘ or ‘#VirusKiKadiTodo‘ will unite the technical knowledge of UNICEF with the marketing expertise and scale of HUL. They will together create engaging communication tools that can help people change behaviours and stay safe during the pandemic. ‘#BreakTheChain’ or #VirusKiKadiTodo’ campaign would be based on key themes namely: social distancing, hand washing and generosity, and would comprise of simple and powerful 5 and 15 second informative assets in order to empower general public with prevention strategies to safeguard themselves against COVID-19.
