India vs Afghanistan Asia Cup 2022: India won by 101 runs against Afghanistan. Afghanistan won the toss and opted to bowl first. India took this opportunity as a great comeback and made a solid 212 in 20 overs with a loss of two wickets. Afghanistan made 111 runs in 20 overs with a loss of 8 wickets. Both teams are already out of the Asia Cup 2022 race. India and Afghanistan both showed great performance in the group stage, however, in the super four stages both the teams toss miserably.

Virat Kohli was the hero of the match, as he scored 122 in 61 balls for India, Virat scored a historic 71st century in the T20 format. Following him, KL Rahul made 62 runs in 41 balls. India lost two wickets, Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul, both taken by Fareed Ahmad. Ibrahim Zardan made 46 runs in 53 balls. Bhuvneshwar Kumar took 5 wickets against Afghanistan.
