IPL 2024 Points Table, Standard and Team Rankings

Ten formidable franchises will lock horns in an exhilarating series of home and away matches. The participating teams are Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Delhi Capitals (DC), Gujarat Titans (GT), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Lucknow SuperGiants (LSG), Mumbai Indians (MI), Punjab Kings (PBKS), Rajasthan Royals (RR), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). The IPL 2024 Point Table will determine the top four teams that qualify for the playoffs. This table will be updated regularly after every match of the tournament.

This table provides a detailed overview of the teams’ performances, including their number of matches played (P), wins (W), losses (L), no results (NR), net run rate (NRR), runs scored and overs faced (FOR), runs conceded and overs bowled (AGAINST), total points (PTS), and their recent form in the competition.

• 2 points awarded for each match won
• 1 point awarded to each team for a no-result or tied match (where Super Over is not possible)

Tiebreakers (in case of equal points):

1. Most wins in the league stage
2. If still tied, the team with the higher net run rate will be placed higher
3. If still tied, the team with the higher number of wickets taken per fair ball(s) bowled in the matches played that season in which results were achieved will be placed higher
4. If still tied after the regular season, the team position will be determined by drawing lots.

Note: This points system and tiebreaker criteria are specifically for the IPL 2024 season.
