- The guidelines emphasize the importance of electronic payment processes.
- Every insurer is required to offer optional modes for premium payment to prospects and policyholders.
- Bima Vahaks are encouraged to adopt electronic payment methods facilitated by insurers to enable the direct remittance of premiums.
