Sushmita Sen – 1994

Sushmita Sen became the first Indian woman to win the Miss Universe crown in 1994. Her grace, intelligence, and confidence made her an instant global favorite. After her win, she entered the film industry and acted in Hindi, Tamil, and Bengali movies. Her victory also came in the same year Aishwarya Rai won Miss World.

Lara Dutta – 2000

Lara Dutta won Miss Intercontinental in 1997 and later created history by winning Miss Universe 2000. Known for her powerful presence and calm personality, she soon became one of Bollywood’s most respected actresses.

Harnaaz Sandhu – 2021

Harnaaz Sandhu became India’s third Miss Universe winner in 2021. Before earning the crown, she won Femina Miss India Punjab 2019 and was a semifinalist in Femina Miss India 2019. Born in Gurdaspur, Punjab, Harnaaz comes from a family rooted in education and healthcare. She stepped into Bollywood with her debut film Baaghi 4 opposite Tiger Shroff.
