Microsoft’s US$17.5 Billion Investment in India to Drive AI Diffusion at Population Scale
India is entering a defining phase in its technology journey, rapidly moving from digital public infrastructure to AI public infrastructure. Strengthening this transition, Microsoft has announced a record US$17.5 billion investment in India, to be deployed over 2026–2029.
