A two‑day National Conference on Land Administration and Disaster Management began on 3 October 2025 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar. The event is part of a nationwide push to modernize land governance, strengthen disaster resilience, and ensure citizens’ land rights through digitization and innovation.

Key Announcements & Launches

At the inaugural session, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel stressed the need for digitising land records and using indigenous technology to shift toward a citizen‑centric approach, ensuring secure land rights at grassroots levels.
