OpenAI Appoints Prabhjeet Singh as Managing Director for India, Strengthening Its AI Expansion Strategy
OpenAI names Prabhjeet Singh who was former President of Uber India and South Asia, as its Managing Director for India. Sigh will join the OpenAI in September 2026 and he will report to Kiran Mani, who is Managing Director for Asia Pacific. His appointment comes as India is rapidly emerges as the strategic market for artificial intelligence and brings the vast digital user base.
