The Union Home and Cooperation Minister launched the pilot project of the PM Family Care Tracker (PM-FCT) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The initiative is a comprehensive digital platform designed to ensure that pregnant women, mothers, and children receive all eligible government welfare benefits through continuous monitoring and timely delivery of services.

The PM Family Care Tracker aims to create a seamless system that follows beneficiaries from pregnancy through childhood and adolescence, ensuring improved health, nutrition, education, and social welfare outcomes. The PM Family Care Tracker (PM-FCT) is an integrated digital platform that tracks the health, nutrition, and education status of beneficiaries from pregnancy until the age of 18 years.

The platform assigns a unique digital identity linked with either the Birth Registration Number or the ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) ID, enabling seamless tracking of government benefits throughout the beneficiary’s lifecycle.

The system identifies eligible beneficiaries, monitors service delivery, and ensures that no child or mother misses essential healthcare, nutrition, education, or welfare schemes.
