Quad Concludes Simulation to Boost Indo-Pacific Humanitarian Logistics
In a significant step to enhance regional cooperation, the Quad nations—India, Australia, Japan, and the United States—conducted a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) from April 28 to May 2, 2025, in Honolulu, Hawaii. The simulation aimed to operationalize the Quad Indo-Pacific Logistics Network (IPLN), a collaborative platform to strengthen shared logistics capabilities for more effective civilian disaster response across the Indo-Pacific region.
