Raj Priy Singh Appointed Director in Department of Rural Development
Raj Priy Singh, an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of the 2010 batch, has been appointed as the Director in the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Rural Development. His appointment follows a recommendation for Central deputation by the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change and is governed by the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS).
Raj Priy Singh’s appointment as Director in the Department of Rural Development is under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years, effective from the date he assumes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
The Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change recommended Raj Priy Singh for Central deputation, leading to his selection for the Director position in the Department of Rural Development.
