SEBI Names G Ram Mohan Rao As Executive Director For 3 Years

G Ram Mohan Rao holds an engineering and MBA degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. His academic prowess extends to a Law degree from Mumbai University, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set. Furthermore, he is a certified fraud examiner (ACFE), emphasizing his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in the financial markets.
Rao’s dedication to investor protection was evident at a May 2023 event where he urged Sebi-registered/regulated entities to safeguard their client investors from unauthorized schemes. He went further to encourage associations such as the Independent Consultants & Advisors Association (ICAA) to establish reporting mechanisms on their websites.
