The Indian Navy Quiz “G20 THINQ”

The second edition of “G20 THINQ” has been launched by the Indian Navy and the Navy Welfare and Wellness Association (NWWA), with the support of the G20 Secretariat. Its purpose is to unite youth from diverse regions and geographies, fostering lasting friendships with the spirit of ‘Vasudaiva Kutumbakam’ – World is One Family.

National & International Quiz Competition for Students in Classes IX to XII

The Quiz has been designed as a national and international competition and offers a distinctive and enriching experience for students studying in Classes IX to XII and their equivalents.

National Round

In the National Round, over 10,000 schools from across the country are expected to participate. After multiple online rounds, sixteen schools will qualify for the semi-finals, which will take place in Mumbai on 16th November 2023. The top eight teams will then compete for the national championship in the finals on 18th November 2023 at the iconic Gateway of India.

International Round

For the International Round, the Indian team will consist of two main quizzers and one standby member, selected by a distinguished jury. Furthermore, all sixteen semi-finalist teams will have the opportunity to visit the Naval Dockyard, where they can interact with naval personnel on board ships and submarines.

The quiz will be conducted in English and will adhere to international standards. Following a thorough selection process, eleven international teams, along with the Indian team, will be chosen to compete in the international finals, scheduled to take place on 22nd November 2023 at the iconic India Gate.

G20 THINQ: Illuminating the Brightest Young Minds

The quiz show G20 THINQ aims to offer the brightest young minds, our future leaders, an insight into the Indian Navy. Participants will showcase their knowledge and intellect, fostering a strong sense of patriotism and national pride.
