In 2025, the wealth of India’s Chief Ministers has once again become a topic of public discussion after the latest ADR report revealed their declared assets. While some leaders are worth hundreds of crores, others live with very modest means. From Andhra Pradesh’s Chandrababu Naidu topping the list to West Bengal’s Mamata Banerjee as the least wealthy, the report highlights sharp contrasts among India’s state leaders.
In 2025, N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is declared the richest CM in India. According to the ADR report, he has total assets worth over ₹931 crore, far ahead of other leaders. Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu stands second with ₹332 crore, while Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah holds third place with ₹51 crore in assets.
N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, with the total assets of Rs.931+crore, stands as the richest Chief Minister of India in 2025, followed by Pema Khandu, Siddaramaiah and Neiphiu Rio.
