India’s Smart Cities Mission (SCM), launched in 2015, is entering its final stretch with an impressive 93% project completion rate across 100 cities. 2. Uttar Pradesh — Northern Powerhouse

Gujarat’s 6 Smart Cities accelerated progress through ₹5,000 crore PPP partnerships. Surat became the first city to finish 100% projects, reducing traffic congestion by 25% using AI sensors. Even Ahmedabad improved port cargo handling by 20% with intelligent logistics.

6. Rajasthan — Tourism-Driven Innovation
