UAE Introduces Blue Visa 10-Year Residency for Foreigners
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced the first phase of the Blue Visa system, a 10-year residency permit focused on individuals contributing to environmental sustainability. Announced during the World Governments Summit 2025 in Dubai (February 11-13), the initiative was launched by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MoCCAE) in partnership with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security (ICP).
